Personality and Past Overview

Kaito, at a first glance appears rather serious, kind and clean-cut. He is in fact a rather kind soul with a big heart under his stoic demeanor. He finds solstice in nature and appreciating it’s values and calming affects and has a very calming and mystic aura. Despite his ever-gentle exterior and somewhat androgynous looks, he is rather rough around the edges and at times rebellious, pushing the boundaries when he sees it fit. He tends to get sarcastic at times, though generally only if someone is mocking him or this might be the way he jokes around with people he is close to. He is also never one to beat around the bush much. However he is the type that knows the time to keep his trap shut and is respectful to those he feels respect him in return. Kaito is also a quick thinker and is by no means a genius, though he is considerably intelligent, observant and takes a liking to learning and creativity.

Kaito on the outside is one who is fluid, elegant and balanced. Because of regards in his recent past however, on the inside he constantly feels very on edge. His temper is something he’s constantly keeping in check, and with how he tends to bottle things up he is subject to go on emotional overloads if he is provoked. There surely is a lot of pent up anger within him, though Kaito by no means is one to hold a grudge against anyone, unless they’ve directly harmed one he’s very close to. 

He overall has had a fairly joyful and regular life with the occasional bumps in the road. Because of his prowess as well as his charming looks, many boys from when he was an academy student were jealous of him. Like Sasuke, he always has girls chasing after him and while he finds it flattering he tends to ignore it or laugh it off, as he isn't that attracted to girls. As Kaito has grown older however, younger boys tend to look up to him and admire him.

There was a point when what seemed a peaceful life warped into something much more dark and puzzling. At the age of 10, Kaito was told by his teary-eyed mother that his father had been killed. What was odd though was that the whereabouts of the killer were unknown. Gradually over an amount of time, other people in his clan began to disappear, including one of his two twin sisters just after he turned 12. Like all the others, the killer was never able to be figured out. Kaito for a time lived in fear that he might be targeted next. There was a growing rage within the young boy, and the desire to kill this individual grew and grew. Analyzing the situation, Kaito realized that there was a pattern in these killings.

He noticed that these killings weren’t too frequent. However, he has an uncle by the name of Mitsuru who goes back and forth between Konoha and Suna, working as a travelling blacksmith. It seemed that whenever he was gone in Suna, these killings would arise. They were also only targeted on those who did not wield their bloodline limit. Kaito however kept his suspicions to himself, as Mitsuru is a seemingly kind and genuine individual.

Kaito is currently making his own plans to at some point leave to Suna to investigate this on his own. What he is not yet aware of is that Mitsuru is indeed the killer, and is being manipulated by another, older decedent of the Mikazuki clan by the name Junichi, whom used to work with Orochimaru and has been though to have died 3 years ago. Mitsuru has been told that he can expand the power of his bloodline beyond belief, if he is to bring forth sacrifices for Orochimaru’s as well as his own experiments. Mitsuru in turn targets, usually, those in his clan without the blood line limit, as he sees them as unnecessary and is bent on receiving more power.

The Mikazuki clan is well-known in Konoha for their cool and kind exterior as well as their strong hearts. Most of the men of the clan grow their hair long, and typically their hair is jet black and they hold pale skin and an array of blue hues in eye color. Granted, this clan in particular is fairly wide-spread, thus some members have slightly darker skin and at times, green or hazel eyes.

Relationships

Sachiko (Mother)  Kaito is quite close to his mother and is also very protective, especially after the mysterious killings within their clan have risen. She is one who, like him, holds their bloodline limit, thus concerning his investigations he is comfortable with leaving for periods of time. Though he lives in constant fear that this killer will have a change of heart and go after anyone in his clan. Kaito is similar to her in terms of their generally calm and collected personalities, and they also look a good deal alike.

Norio (Father, deceased) 
Before having lost his father at a young age, they had a rough relationship in regards to Kaito’s sexuality. For a long time he’s been confused over the matter though seems to show feminine characteristics such as painting his nails or plucking flowers constantly and as a child, wearing them in his hair or trying on his mother’s clothing. However his father was never really too harsh on him, so despite their disagreements, he holds a well place in his heart. Kaito gets his hints of brashness and sarcastic humor from his father. Kaito's mother also says he has the same drive as he did.

Shinju (little sister, 13) Kaito and Shinju have a close bond. When Kaito would get into his mother’s clothing and their father would lecture him, Shinju often stood up for him and insisted that he be whomever he pleases. Shinju is in fact a lot like her now deceased sister, Suzume, in how they each are extremely caring. She’s typically quiet, though she sticks up for things she feels strongly over. Kaito is of course very protective of her though they do at times bicker as Shinju insists Kaito’s sometimes sarcastic attitude is annoying, and she enjoys sometimes mocking the crush she can tell Kaito has on Sasuke since he tends to let his guard down more around her.
Sasuke (RP Plot) Sasuke and Kaito have seen each other on a number of occasions though have not really spoken much due to being in differing teams and then Sasuke leaving Konoha. They know a thing or two of one another due to their well-known clans. Up until meeting however, Sasuke is indifferent toward him, whereas Kaito holds a bit of an attraction for him though keeps it hidden. Kaito is one who resonates with Sasuke, especially after the killings in his clan pop up. He's one who is empathetic, and can understand why Sasuke might be scarred and in turn also be very vengeful. Though, he doesn't exactly agree with Sasuke's idea about overthrowing Konoha. A key difference between the two is that when faced with painful situations Kaito is not really one to become hellbent or crazed. Upon meeting Kaito and talking for the first time, Sasuke merely sees him as an opponent and another way to test his strength. After they battle, and Sasuke is proven that he's strong, he acknowledges Kaito more and invites him into Taka. Though Kaito is apprehensive about this decision, he sees it as a way to extend his preparation to battle Mitsuru, and also uses his "rouge ninja status" as an advantage in discovering Mitsuru is guilty, as well as finding the man manipulating him. After Sasuke has Kaito join Taka, the two inevitably learn more of one another and eventually develop a bond when Sasuke sees how empathetic, and yet determined Kaito is. Namely after Itachi's defeat, Sasuke begins to drop his guard around Kaito more and more.

Abilities, Kekkei Genkai, Etc

「Kekkei Genkai Overview and Abilities」

name – Enkaku Undo 遠隔 運動 (distant movement/ telekinesis)

appearance – Anything undergoing the kekkei genkai, whether it be an object or a shield, generally has a subtle clear-white hue surrounding it.

Kekkei genkai abilities/info – This particular bloodline limit is most noted in it’s use as telekinesis. The user can pick up an object of substantial weight though not exceeding 4 tons or 10,000 pounds, and this limit takes serious mastery over the blood limit. The more weight given means the more chakra required to lift it. The range at which objects can be shifted is up to 8 kilometers or 5 miles, and only objects in the user’s sight may be moved. Any form of ninjutsu cannot be shifted, for example if Naruto threw the Rasengan toward Kaito, he would not be able to shift his attack elsewhere. 

Another noted ability is the user of shields and force fields of any shape. If a force field is in use, depending on the mastery of the kekkei genkai, it can stretch at the most 20 miles in all directions. Depending on the user, the amount of distance can vary in each direction. In Kaito’s case, his force field is 7 miles wide and 14 miles high. These force fields can last up to 8 hours long, though the timing depends not only on mastery though also on how active it’s user is while it is active. For example, if one is in use during a battle, the chakra used in the brawl will cause the force field or shield to deplete. Though if the user is only creating one around a resting site and is not active, it can last much longer

Enkaku Undo is only passed to a number of those in the Mikazuki clan.
